I know I have stalled. My plan was broken. What should I do?
Losing weight is not easy especially if you are not vain enough. I would like to lose weight for health’s sake, though. The spirit is willing but the flesh fails often. Do you come to this point? My food diary is now empty. It started with missing some entries until all I was able to log for the next 2 weeks after my previous post was my vital stats. Now I haven’t even gotten any record down!
